I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right next to the pier where you can catch ferries for day trips to the neighboring islands. It made exploring the area so convenient! Additionally, being close to the city center meant that I had easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.
Not one thing. The hotel and this city exceeded all my expectations.

Convenient Location and Nice Amenities the hotel's location near the ferry port made it easy for us to explore the nearby islands. It was also great that the hotel offered car rentals on-site, which made our stay more convenient. Another thing we liked about the hotel were the nice amenities like the spacious lobby and lounge areas, the public computer with internet access, and the lockers for storing our luggage after check-out.
Small Rooms and Poor Breakfast Selection the rooms were quite small and cramped, and we found it difficult to move around with our luggage. the breakfast buffet selection was not that great.

The hotel's close proximity to the pier made it convenient for island hopping during our New Year's stay. The free breakfast was a great bonus with a variety of options to choose from, including traditional Japanese dishes. We also appreciated the free parking which was convenient for those with rental cars.
The rooms were on the small side and lacked some necessary amenities such as cotton swabs and disposable razors. the small size of the bathroom and lack of privacy made it uncomfortable for some.
